See a need and fill a need" is the mantra that I've lived with for the last 4 years from everything from wiping my boys' baby bums to providing a meal to those who are sick to helping launch businesses.
I've been on the fringes of the health and wellness industry for the last 4 years as a patient, athlete, mom and business owner. While building a wellness business helping people remove toxins from their personal care products & home, I naturally run into people on all stages of their health journey and within the wellness community. I have seen time and again how we have so much to learn from each other.
The concept of filling a room monthly with smart, talented, savvy, professional women all focused on wellness and making authentic connections is the things dreams are made of. I'm so thankful to be able to lead us on this journey together- enhancing relationships, learning from one another, meeting new friends, and highlighting everyone's strengths to be able to support each other understanding that "a rising tide lifts all ships.”
